The Drought to Come Will NOT Be One of Food and Drink!

IN RECENT DAYS, WE HAVE SEEN THE UNIMAGINABLE TAKE PLACE. Insurrectionists, backed by AntiFa and Black Lives Matter, burnt Bibles in Portland, Oregon, during a rebellious protest in the streets…

“Protesters flocked to the Justice Center and the federal courthouse in Portland again on Friday night, lighting fires and burning American flags and Bibles in the streets.

“According to the Portland Police, which did not engage with demonstrators, the crowd lit several fires, including a large bonfire in the middle of the street in front of the federal courthouse. One video shows protesters feeding a small fire with Bibles, which were engulfed inflames…” [source]

“Antifa-BLM terrorists Friday night burned a stack of Bibles and American flags in front of the federal courthouse in Portland.

“Further proof that the rioting has nothing to do with the death of George Floyd and everything to do with destroying the Judeo-Christian values that shape the US.” [source]

With these displays, the USA has, once again, inched closer to a famine:one that will be of the Living, written Word of GOD.  We are in grave danger of GOD giving us exactly what we want and for what we are asking.

SEEK YE OUT THE BOOK OF THE LORD, AND READ — For literal centuries in what is now the United States of America, European Colonists, particularly those from England, had the Bible, read the Bible, and used the Bible to preach, teach, educate, and evangelize.  In fact, as went the British Navy and British Colonists around the world, so went the Authorized King James Version of the English Bible. The same can be said for Christian believers fleeing the persecution and domineering of centralized institutional religion (not to mention the religious wars of the 16th and 17th centuries) throughout nations such as France, Spain, Portugal, and nascent Italy and Germany.  Colonists who came to the New World and the rest of the globe, brought their Bibles with them and used them.  As has been previously stated, in North America and the first almost-two centuries of US History, The Bible (almost exclusively the KJV-AV), the Book of Common Prayer, and a Hymnal were often the only curriculum many early school houses contained; and such were used extensively to teach at least respect for GOD in the culture and life of the USA.  We had a population that oft did seek out the Book of the LORD, that frequently read the written Word of GOD, and usually lived by Biblical principles and mores to at least a cursory degree. How many television productions, movies, and radio airings throughout the twentieth century – particularly the first half of the 20th Century – portrayed American Life giving at the very minimum tacit honor and grudging respect to GOD and the Church in America?  How many novels and fictitious stories did similarly, honoring the LORD and giving respect to the Heavenly Father?

KICKING OUT GOD WELCOMED THE DEVIL INTO AMERICAN SOCIETY. We need to understand that whenever the Spirit of the LORD departs, or is ushered out of a person’s life or society at large, there is no Spiritual Vacuum:  the Devil, Satan himself, ALWAYS enters in…

“But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.  And Saul’s servants said unto him, ‘Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.’”

“When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.  Then he saith, ‘I will return into my house from whence I came out;’ and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.  Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.”

Such is the case for the United States of America, particularly in her public education of her youth.  As has been previously reported, two destructive Supreme Court decisions ushered official prayer to GOD and the official reading of his written Word out of Public School and State University education.  The results are pretty easy to see…

“In that year alone, suicide claimed the lives of 5,016 males and 1,225 females between 15 and 24 in the United States, researchers reported Tuesday in the Journal of the American Medical Assn.”

“America’s Schools Are War Zones Now:  Since Sandy Hook in 2012, when 20 6-and 7-year-old children, along with six teachers, were shot and killed by Adam Lanza, there have been more than 239 school shootings, with 438 people shot. This is according to the Gun Violence Archive; other sources cite higher numbers.

“Young children and teenagers go to classes every day not knowing if their school will be next. And if it is, will they live through it? If they do, how will they live their lives from that point on? This is a battlefield mentality. This is how soldiers feel when they go to war:  Will this be the day when the attack comes? Will I be intact? Will I survive?”

Friends, we are simply seeing the fruits of an American Society that has ushered out GOD from her public schools.  There are no Spiritual Vacuums:  when GOD is ushered out, the Devil comes right in.  We see Satan’s hand in just about every aspect of American Life, as a result; this is especially so in American Media.  Television shows, movie productions, stage theatrical releases, music albums, novel and book publications, and Internet web pages have gotten progressively more wicked, continuously more blasphemous over the last nearly-sixty years.  We have even allowed the Supreme Court to make Infant Sacrifice a “right” via the Roe v. Wade Decision of 1973; deviant and abominable lifestyles the norm via the Obergefell v. Hodges Decision of 2015; shove grisly life choices into the faces of Americans and American employers via the Bostock v. Clayton County Decision; and dictate to religious schools how and whom they can hire as teachers in the Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru Decision of 2020.  Friends, American society was irrevocably changed in 1962 and `63.  What we’ve seen in recent days simply shows what happens to a society when we choose to worship and sacrifice our young to the Devil.

WHEREFORE GOD GAVE THEM UP TO UNCLEANNESS… Friends, this is the worst situation in which to be; the worst case with which to deal; the next-to-last stage before the LORD commences execution of sentence of his holy and righteous judgment:  GOD giving a person and a society over to the desires demanded…

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things.  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. “There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.  I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.  But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels.”

“They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel:  But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert.  And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul.”

Such has been the pattern throughout the history of the world.  A society,once close to GOD, begins to take His Presence for granted, then turns to neglect him.  This is followed by the demands for every kind of sin to be normalized, including idolatry and debauchery.  GOD NEVER stops warning people and society, but his warnings and calls for repentance fall upon ever deafer ears and ever more hardened hearts.  The final stage simply begins by GOD giving people and society exactly what it wants.  There is that arrives, however, a drought that arrives; a drought and famine of unbelievable proportions.

IN THAT DAY SHALL THE FAIR VIRGINS AND YOUNG MEN FAINT FOR THIRST. We are seeing this begin to happen, friends.  We are already seeing our young men and fair virgins fainting, dying for thirst…but it isn’t a thirst for water or for drink;  it is a thirst for The Truth.  We are already seeing these passages begin to come to pass…

“For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.”

“For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.”

“For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always.”

“Then said Jesus unto them, ‘Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.  Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me:and where I am, thither ye cannot come. ‘ Then said the Jews among themselves, ‘Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?’ What manner of saying is this that he said, “Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come?”’”

“Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:  I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.  Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:  For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:  They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.  Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.  For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.”

“And Jesus said unto them, ‘Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.  But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.”’

“They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them.  They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour them with their portions.”

Friends, we are seeing Bibles being burned, churches desecrated, houses of worship torched, pastors arrested, and Christians staying home from church in fear of an overreaching state and a virus with a 98% survival rate.  All the while, Black Lives Matters and AntiFa terrorists are allowed to run wild and do their thing to their hearts’ desires, while law enforcement has been ordered in many Democrat controlled areas to stand down and let it all happen.

THE BOTTOM LINE:  THE FAMINE IS UPON US!  We have — as a society —demanded of GOD as Pharaoh of old…

“Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.”

And GOD has sent us his answer:  burning buildings, looting in the streets, murder unrequited, insurrection in liberal cities, lawlessness in leftist states, mocking of authority, the rewriting and erasure of history, the denial of Truth, and shaking our fists in the very Face of GOD.  The situation in the USA appears as a lighter version of the following…

“And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.  And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.  And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.”

It’s just a matter of time before gulags and death camps are set up to complete the process of eradicating Christ from society in the USA as a whole.  When that happens, it’s all but over for a society,again, as the Bible predicts…

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke,exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.  For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

CONCLUSION: CHOOSE LIFE!  We need, as people and as a society, to heed the Prophets’ Message…

“But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.  I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:  That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice,and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”

“Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways,’ saith the Lord GOD. ‘Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.  Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?  For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth,’ saith the Lord GOD: ‘wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.’”

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we know that you are calling us to repent, individually and nationally.  The riots, insurrection, looting,burning, killing, and lawlessness, O LORD, are simply the actions that you prophesied would take place thousands of years ago.  Will you help us to repent, turn back to you, and crown you King of the USA once again, as we did in the past?  Will you bring us a Holy Ghost Revival and Great Awakening?  We pray it would be so, and we pray so, giving thanks for all that you do and have given and for Who You Are, in the Precious and Worthy Name Above every Name, Jesus Christ, Amen!
